Private capital.
By introduction only.

Kwitkowski Capital is private capital. The firm invests its own funds, accepts no outside capital, and operates by introduction only.

Principles

Capital governed
by ownership.

Private capital is governed differently. It is not managed against a benchmark, a fundraising cycle, or a committee of outside investors.

Kwitkowski Capital was established to preserve and compound private capital across decades. The firm raises no funds, charges no management fees, and invests only at the principal's discretion.

Each commitment is considered for durability, alignment, and permanence rather than short-term exit.

Patience Discretion Alignment
Mandates

Three mandates.
One balance sheet.

Capital is allocated at the principal's discretion across three areas. Each commitment is considered individually, with no obligation to track a benchmark or deploy capital on schedule.

I.

Public markets

Long-term positions in listed companies, primarily in markets and industries the principal understands. Held without leverage and without timing pressure.

II.

Private investments

Direct minority or control investments in founder-led, profitable companies, primarily in Poland and Central Europe. Structured for alignment and long-term ownership.

III.

Real assets

Selective exposure to income-producing real estate and durable real assets. Held for resilience, yield, and capital preservation.

Correspondence

By introduction.

Kwitkowski Capital responds to direct correspondence addressed by name. Introductions through trusted parties are welcome.

The firm does not accept outside capital, manage third-party funds, or act as an investment adviser. It does not respond to fundraising, brokerage, or intermediary solicitations.

For direct matters of substance — including private company ownership, strategic co-investment, or formal correspondence — Kwitkowski Capital may be reached below.
